I am passionate about creating a compassionate and inclusive space where people from all backgrounds feel safe, heard, accepted, and empowered, and where they learn to move from being the spectator to the author and owner of their own lives.
Areas of
Support
Find support for what
matters to you.
Being human is not our limitation, but our greatest power.
It is not easy to trust, it is not easy to share. It takes courage to own and share your story. I believe in looking at people as a human first and always. As a researcher, psychologist and student, I am deeply committed to serving the people I work with and to expanding myself, breaking the barriers that limit me in working with them.
I work with adolescents and adults, not merely in managing their lives with what they are experiencing, but in creating the possibility of living fully despite everything, without negating personal struggles and using them to build resilience. My aim is a compassionate and inclusive space for people from all backgrounds, where they feel safe, heard, accepted, empowered and healed.
Safe, inclusive space
Open to people from all backgrounds, without judgement.
Holistic healing
Culture-friendly and mindfulness-based practices with evidence-based therapy and expressive arts.
Resilience-building
Using personal struggles to build strength, not to be negated.
Author of your own life
Shifting from being the spectator to the owner of your story.
