I am passionate about creating a safe, empathetic, and judgment-free space where individuals, couples, and young minds feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate their challenges, build resilience, and move towards a more fulfilling and balanced life.

A little about me

Psychology as a lens for understanding people.

As a psychologist, educator, and researcher, I am deeply interested in understanding the complexities of human behaviour, emotional experiences, relationships, and the ways our life experiences shape who we become. I believe that every individual has a unique story, and sometimes, all it takes is a space where they can be themselves without the fear of being judged.

My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and the belief that meaningful change begins with self-awareness, emotional understanding, and authentic human connection. I am particularly passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate identity, relationships, self-worth, and life transitions, while also helping individuals and couples develop healthier communication patterns and more fulfilling connections.
