I bring hands-on experience from clinical de-addiction, rehabilitation and research settings to a supportive, evidence-based space where you can be heard, understood and supported, with mindfulness and counselling approaches shaped around your needs.

A little about me

Understanding the mind, with care and curiosity.

I am a psychologist with an M.Sc. in Applied Psychology, specialised in Clinical and Counselling Psychology. I have hands-on experience across clinical de-addiction, rehabilitation and research settings, and I practise mindfulness meditation.

My work brings together psychological assessment, counselling and cognitive behavioural approaches in a supportive space where people can be heard and understood. My long-term goals are to become an RCI-licensed counselling psychologist and, in time, a professor.
