I come from a diverse background spanning psychology, content development, research, education, human resources, training and mentoring, artwork and recruitment.
My approach as a psychologist is eclectic, client-centred and growth-oriented. Outside of work, I enjoy painting with watercolours, horror and thriller media, savoury-spicy food, and being around plants.
