Psychology as a lens for understanding people.
As a psychologist, educator, and researcher, I am deeply interested in understanding the complexities of human behaviour, emotional experiences, relationships, and the ways our life experiences shape who we become. I believe that every individual has a unique story, and sometimes, all it takes is a space where they can be themselves without the fear of being judged.
My approach is rooted in empathy, curiosity, and the belief that meaningful change begins with self-awareness, emotional understanding, and authentic human connection. I am particularly passionate about supporting young adults as they navigate identity, relationships, self-worth, and life transitions, while also helping individuals and couples develop healthier communication patterns and more fulfilling connections.
